THE FIERCE CHRISTMAS SHOW & AWARDS EVENING 2025

SATURDAY 6TH DECEMBER

VENUE: QUEEN ELIZABETH HALL, WEST ST, OLDHAM, OL1 1NL

DOORS OPEN 5.10PM | SHOW STARTS AT 5.30PM

PLEASE TRY AND REFRAIN FROM ARRIVING EARLY AS THE QUEUE WILL BE QUITE SUBSTANTIAL IF EVERYONE ARRIVES BEFORE THE PUBLIC ARE ALLOWED IN.

IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION

 

Dear Parent/ Guardian,

 

This is it; it’s almost show time! The children are ready and very excited to perform for you.

 

A final notice. All football card money must be returned prior to the purchase of your tickets.

 

Any late dropouts at this stage will unfortunately be charged in full, as everything has now been ordered.

 

Tickets can be purchased from Ste or Jen, please bring cash only OR arrange a bank transfer with Ste/Jen

Tickets can be collected at any of your children’s classes from Monday 1st December to Friday 5th December.

 

No Tickets will be available to collect/reserve/be paid for on the day.

Please do not forget your ticket on the day as you may be refused entry.

 

Please also ensure you bring your FOOD TICKETS with you on the day or you will not be able to get the food you have ordered.

Your child’s pre-show checklist:

• Black bottoms (leggings or tracksuit bottoms are fine)

• Trainers/ Shoes for the finale and any other street dance they may be in- the quicker they can be pulled on and off the better, especially for children in quick changes.

• Snacks and drinks (Nothing that contains any nuts as we have children with severe allergies) and only drinks that can close, no cans etc.

• After party wear (optional)

• Team outfits (if you participate in acro/hip-hop/ contemporary competitions)

• Any personal hygiene items, bobbles, brushes, roll on deodorant (no aerosols).

• Inhalers for those who have said they have asthma *children listed with asthma must bring inhalers to be allowed to participate.

 

Please label anything and everything you send your child with, it's unbelievable the amount of lost and found we accumulate. We dismiss children from the stage in groups, due to the size of the event we need a parent or guardian to come right up to stage for them to be checked out.

 

Please note all costumes are hired and must be returned to us on the day, please check your child hasn’t accidentally taken anything with them other than the Finale T-shirt which is theirs to keep.

 

Phones and electronics are allowed at your own risk, however no Chargers or anything that requires plugging in please (No straighteners etc) We take no responsibility for lost or stolen electronics!

 

Doors open to spectators at 5.10pm Show starts at 5:30pm.

 

Supper following and awards thereafter and After Party until 12am and finally, if you have anything you can donate towards the tombola, we really appreciate it! Bring it along to your child’s class this week or on the night of the show.

 

Please, at no point, ask your child to come down from backstage to meet you, for obvious safeguarding reasons we must know where they are at all times. Also, no parents are permitted to go up to the backstage area at any point, if you need to see/ speak to or get something to your child, please speak to Ste on stage who will get a message to us, or alternatively Vicky, who will be on the merch table.

 

We remain open for a week after the show (All classes will be focused on fun and celebrating another successful year) and close for Christmas on the 13th December- Royton St Pauls classes closing at 1:30pm and Fierce Studios Closing at 3pm opening again on Saturday the 10th January 2024.

Blue Team - 3:00pm

Magenta Team - 2:20pm

Orange Team - 2:00pm

BLACK VIP Team - 1:40pm
